Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Times

  • Australia: 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and supplier availability. As we work with multiple suppliers, some orders may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Free shipping may be available on selected products.

Split Shipments Some orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different suppliers. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
